Additionally, any individually identifiable health information you provide to AlgoRx for the purpose of delivering medical care to your current or prospective patients (“Patient” or “Patients”) commonly referred to as Protected Health Information (PHI) is governed by each Provider’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices (“HIPAA Notice”). This notice, which is made available to Patients by their respective Providers, outlines how PHI may be used and shared, and explains the Patients’ rights regarding their health information.
Please note that this Privacy Policy reflects AlgoRx’s own privacy practices and does not represent or govern the privacy policies or procedures of the Providers who use our services. AlgoRx does not review, monitor, or take responsibility for a Provider’s HIPAA Notice, nor do we assess their compliance with their own privacy practices or applicable laws. Some portions of the AlgoRx Services may include links to third-party websites, applications, or other online content that we do not own or control. Additionally, we may allow trusted third parties including business partners, advertising networks, and marketing service providers to collect information about your interactions with our Services using technologies such as cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tracking tools.
These third parties may use the data they collect to deliver advertising tailored to your interests and preferences across the AlgoRx Services and other websites or applications you visit. While we strive to partner with organizations that respect user privacy, their data collection and use practices are governed by their own privacy policies not this one. We encourage you to review those policies directly if you have any questions or concerns.
Some of these third parties participate in industry self-regulatory programs that offer users the ability to opt out of interest-based advertising across different platforms. You can learn more and manage your preferences through the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) or Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) websites. Please note that opt-out settings typically apply only to the specific browser or device used when the opt-out is requested. To fully disable cross-device interest-based advertising, you may need to opt out on each device and browser separately. If you’re using a mobile app, many devices and platforms allow you to limit ad tracking via your settings. You may also choose to uninstall our app through the standard uninstall process available on your device or app store.
Please be aware that opting out of interest-based advertising does not eliminate ads altogether it simply makes them less personalized and potentially less relevant to your interests. In some cases, your experience on the AlgoRx Services may be impacted.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you disable or uninstall all browser extensions before accessing AlgoRx Services, and only use supported browsers that are free of third-party add-ons. Simply disabling an extension may not fully prevent it from accessing your data. Similarly, installing third-party software on your operating system may expose your data to the same risks. AlgoRx is not responsible for any data breaches, privacy violations, or losses that result from your use of browser extensions or third-party applications. Use of such tools is solely at your own risk.
